Currently I am the CEO and founder of a company called Troopster. I have been working on and developing Troopster for more than six years, where we've grown more than 45% year-over-year.

 

I have more than 10 years of experience in Public Affairs and business development. I served in the U.S. Navy from 2011-2018 as a Mass Communication Specialist where I worked as a public relations and media specialist with digital multi-media and advanced illustrator qualification. At the end of my service, I managed a collaborative team of designers, photojournalists, videographers and media specialists to cover and disseminate information. I managed internal and external communications for various projects and launched several internal company collaboratives.

  • Pioneered the development of a personalized military packaging service, Troopster.com, that has successfully reached more than 42,000 U.S. service members across more than 62 countries worldwide and growing.

  • Provided strategic direction and oversight. Increased corporate partnership by 7% and generated a 45% year-over-year revenue growth.

  • Conducted market research and implemented marketing efforts that resulted in increased annual consumer traffic.

  • Utilized experience in marketing, graphic design, and advertising to develop a strategic, multi-media corporate branding strategy that resulted in growth of brand recognition among key demographic users.

  • Designed cross-functional, multi-media assets, to include press kits, brand guides, business plans, presentations, as well as print and digital materials that further increased brand awareness.

  • Championed, and coordinated corporate events at more than $200,000 annually.

  • Developed corporate press releases & announcements, conducted on-air interviews with local media. Maintained local media relations and multi-state media correspondents.

  • Managed team of 20 multi-media specialists for base and local media support to appropriately cover and release of newsworthy information: deployment arrivals and departures, base broadcasts, multimedia projects, PA/VI missions.
